Diane C. Stewart received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Wheaton College and her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of Rhode Island, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Attorney Stewart primarily practices in the Probate and Family Court in Massachusetts, dealing with domestic relations cases, guardianships, and probate and estate work. She is certified in mediation, conciliation, and Limited Assistance Representation.
Attorney Stewart volunteers in the community through the Conciliation Program, the Plymouth County Bar Association’s Lawyer of the Day Program, and South Coastal Counties Legal Services. She also serves as Chairman of the Conservation Commission and the Disability Commission for the Town of Middleborough, as a Trustee on the Town of Middleborough Board of Library Trustees, and previously served on the town’s Select Board, Finance Committee, and Capital Planning Committee. Attorney Stewart is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association.
